Update from Bylaws Committee and General Meeting

Following the last general meeting a Bylaws Committee was formed to create the bylaws so that we are an official group when communicating with the school board and administration.

The current members of the Bylaws Committee are: Dr. Jullapong, Jenli Phisitkul, Pinchai Boriraj, Angkrit Achariyasopon, Molly McKeithen, Mark de Beer, Jeffrey Clair, Charles Gardner and Willem van Benthum.

We have held three meetings thus far, on Nov. 28th, Dec. 5th and Dec. 11th and the bylaws are the result. If you would like a copy of the bylaws in Thai or English please contact pitisuksapta@gmail.com.

On Monday Dec. 17th we will have a general meeting for all parents in order to discuss and (hopefully) ratify the by-laws. The meeting will be at the school library from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Please read the proposed by-laws and bring your comments and suggestions to the meeting.

Once the by-laws have been passed we will schedule a meeting in January to elect the Steering Committee.
